Gross revenue is the total fees generated using Virtuals Protocol. These include the Launch Fees, Bonding Curve Swap Fees, and Graduated Swap Fees:
- Launch Fees: the costs of launching a new AI Agent token from Virtuals. Currently, the fee is set to 100 VIRTUAL tokens.

Swap Fees are equal to the Bonding Curve Swap Fees + Graduated Swap Fees
- Bonding Curve Swap Fees: fees generated from AI agent tokens on the bonding curve. Currently, the fee is set to 1%.
- Graduated Swap Fees: fees generated from AI agent tokens that have graduated the bonding curve. These are earmarked to the agent's owner to cover future costs of maintaining the AI agent. This fee is currently set to 1%. The Graduated Swap Fee is the same as the Costs to Graduated Agents.


 
Net revenue is the gross revenue earned minus the fees allocated to non-bonding curve swaps.

Swap Fees are generated from trading that involves AI agent tokens launched using the Virtuals Protocol platform.

Depending on the status of the token, either on the bonding curve or graduated from the bonding curve, determines the owner of the fees.
- Bonding Curve Swap Fees: fees generated from AI agent tokens on the bonding curve flow to Virtuals; currently, the fee is 1%.
- Graduated Swap Fees: fees generated from AI agent tokens that have graduated the bonding curve are earmarked to the agent owner to cover future costs associated with maintaining the AI agent.

Only VIRTUAL tokens received from revenue are counted as assets. Importantly, unissued VIRTUAL tokens that remain in the DAO Treasury are excluded.
